This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Interactive LLC (“Interactive LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 320 Old Hickory Court, Fort Mill, SC 29715, United States, and governs your use of the People Watch mobile application (“Licensed Application”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Scope of License

Interactive LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

2. Acknowledgement

This Agreement is concluded between you and Interactive LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. Interactive LLC is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.

3. Description of Service

People Watch is an interactive entertainment game where users are presented with silhouettes and attempt to identify individuals in their surrounding environment. The Licensed Application is intended solely for entertainment purposes.

4. Account Requirements

Certain features require account registration, including email address, username, and password. Users may optionally upload a profile image.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Licensed Application offers free and paid features, including non-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases. Subscriptions do not automatically renew. All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. All sales are final.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Licensed Application to harass others, violate privacy rights, engage in unlawful conduct, or misuse the Licensed Application.

7. User Content

Users may upload profile images and grant Interactive LLC permission to store and display such content for operation of the Licensed Application.

8. Termination

Interactive LLC may terminate access at its sole discretion without notice.

9. Maintenance and Support

Interactive LLC is solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide support.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Licensed Application is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

Interactive LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Product Claims

Interactive LLC is responsible for addressing product claims relating to the Licensed Application.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights belong to Interactive LLC.

14. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with applicable U.S. laws.

15. Governing Law and Arbitration

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in South Carolina.

16. Third Party Beneficiary

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
